Terms of Service

SIE Studio is a creative marketplace platform that enables clients to discover and book creative services from independent providers and company workers, communicate in-app, pay for real-world creative work, leave reviews, and optionally use an AI-assisted design studio.

SIE Studio is a technology platform. Except where we expressly act as the service provider for a company-offered service, creative work is performed by independent providers. We are not a party to the underlying creative services contract between client and provider, except to the extent required to operate payments, escrow-like booking flows, or company-fulfilled services as described in the app.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or have had an account suspended for violations.
• If you register as a provider, you represent that you are legally able to offer the services you list and to receive payments.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@studiosie.store of any unauthorized use.

• Do not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.
• Email verification (OTP) may be required before full access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, or insecure.
• You may delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion anonymizes personal identity fields; some transactional records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Clients may browse services, book packages, message providers, pay for bookings, and review completed work.

Providers may create service listings and packages, manage availability/orders, communicate with clients, deliver work, and where enabled, manage wallet/payout information subject to platform and payment-partner rules.

We may review provider applications or listings and approve, reject, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or marketplace quality standards.

You retain ownership of content you upload (text, images, files, portfolio items), but you grant SIE Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and promote the Services (including showing listings to other users).

• You must have rights to all content you upload and must not infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Listings must accurately describe deliverables, timelines, revisions, and pricing.
• Prohibited content includes illegal services, fraud, hate, harassment, malware, adult sexual content involving minors, and deceptive marketing.
• We may remove content or restrict visibility without prior notice when we reasonably believe these Terms or law are violated.

A booking is an order between client and provider (or company workflow) under the selected package/terms shown at checkout. Providers are responsible for delivering the creative work as described. Clients are responsible for providing clear briefs and timely feedback.

• Statuses, revisions, and cancellation rules follow the package description and in-app booking state, plus any written agreement between the parties.
• SIE Studio may help facilitate communication and status tracking but does not guarantee artistic outcome, originality beyond what provider warrants, or fitness for a particular business purpose unless expressly stated.
• For disputes, contact the other party first via chat, then support@studiosie.store with booking details. We may mediate informally but are not a court or arbitration body unless required by law.

Marketplace payments for real-world creative services are processed by third-party payment gateways (Tap and/or Moyasar). Prices and currency (including SAR/USD where offered) are shown before you confirm payment.

• By paying, you authorize the payment processor and SIE Studio’s payment flow to charge the selected method for the displayed amount and applicable fees.
• SIE Studio may charge platform/service fees; any fee is disclosed before checkout when applicable.
• Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled according to the booking status, provider/client agreement, payment-processor rules, and applicable law. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
• Providers are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from earnings.
• Digital AI plan unlocks inside the iOS app, when offered for sale, are sold through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. External payment gateways are not used on iOS to unlock paid digital AI entitlements.
• AI entitlements purchased or granted on other platforms may continue to work on iOS for the same account when multi-platform access is enabled.

AI Studio uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate or edit designs based on your prompts and optional reference images.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable. You must review outputs before commercial use.
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploaded references do not infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful content.
• Free and paid quotas/entitlements may apply. Limits, quality tiers, and features are described in-app and may change.
• We do not claim ownership of your original prompts; generated assets are licensed to you for use in connection with your projects, subject to the AI provider’s terms and applicable law. You grant us rights to process prompts/images as needed to provide the feature.
• Do not use AI Studio to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services except as allowed by law.
• Bypass authentication, payment, or quota systems.
• Harass users, spam, or post malware.
• Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or deliverables.
• Use the Services for money laundering, fraud, or illegal trade.
• Interfere with other users’ accounts or the platform’s integrity.

The SIE Studio name, logos, app UI, software, and documentation are owned by SIE Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as needed to use the Services under these Terms.

The Services rely on third parties including hosting, Tap/Moyasar, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and AI providers. Their availability and terms may affect your experience. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control, but we will take commercially reasonable steps to restore functionality.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS OR PROVIDER WORK WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIE STUDIO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/DATA/GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO SIE STUDIO FOR PLATFORM ACCESS IN THAT PERIOD, OR (B) USD 100 (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (E.G., GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH LIMITS ARE UNENFORCEABLE).

You agree to defend and indemnify SIE Studio against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your services/listings, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk/legal exposure, or fail to pay amounts due. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, payments owed, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.

Courts of competent jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact support@studiosie.store to attempt good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at https://studiosie.store/terms/ and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and delete your account.
